Job summary

You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and computer systems, procurement, budgeting, and vendor coordination, with an Associate's degree and several years of operations/management experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate in Windows and have knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing.
• Knowledge of basic building operations, life safety systems, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Supervisory training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs technicians and custodial staff on regular duties and special projects.
• Prioritizes and assigns work to all employees to provide proper service to building occupants.
• Oversees work with vendors and contractors to ensure proper performance.
• Inputs requisitions and receipts for materials and services into the computer.
• Oversees operating budget and controls expenses within the assigned budget.
• Makes recommendations for capital budget and cost estimates.
• Performs general office work including logs, timekeeping, inventory, and monthly reports.
• Trains employees on safety and operation of building systems.
• Engages with occupants to address needs and improvements.
