Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations including housekeeping, maintenance and custodial activities.
• Develop and control the budget and prepare financial forecasts to meet departmental expectations.
• Coordinate long-range maintenance plans with Physical Plant and related departments.
• Interview, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate events and conference services for the complex.
