Job summary

EMCOR Government Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager in Research Triangle Park, NC to oversee facilities operations, maintenance, and related service work orders for a government contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience with oversight, management, and execution of routine and non-routine facilities operations, maintenance, and service work orders in a large commercial/industrial facility.
• Experience coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors.
• Experience managing, scheduling, and tracking a large volume of independent work orders.
• Must be computer proficient and skilled with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Project).
• Experience with one or more CMMS is preferred.
