Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience overseeing maintenance and operation of large facilities.
• NC General Contractor’s license.
• Engineering degree or similar; PE license or PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal contractor representative to Government COR and CO for day-to-day administration; communicate, clarify, and resolve issues.
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate reports and deliverables; ensure staff perform efficiently and costs are documented.
• Be available for communications with COR during normal hours and on-call emergencies.
