Compensation: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a company incentive or bonus program.

This role is accountable for directing the day-to-day facilities operations of the property, including the shopping center and affiliated business units.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily facility operations, including budgeting (operational and capital), expense control, preventative maintenance, and managing all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, Fire/Life Safety, electrical).
2. Maintaining the aesthetic of the center and maximizing customer experience.
3. Providing leadership, supervision, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to a team of maintenance mechanics.
4. Developing, implementing, and monitoring a Preventative Maintenance Program to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency according to manufacturer’s specifications.
5. Utilizing facilities management platforms (CMMS, BMS/EMS, Contractor Management system) to efficiently oversee operations, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
6. Participating in recurring meetings to stay informed about all aspects of the shopping center, especially tenant design and construction issues.
7. Managing on-site equipment or asset inventories.
8. Overseeing Project Management, Financials, Third-Party Vendor Management, Sustainability, Safety Compliance, and Central Plant management.

Qualifications include:

1. BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
2. 3-5+ years of facilities management, construction project management, or supervision experience, preferably in retail, commercial, hospitality, or food and beverage settings.
3. Professional Designations from BOMA, IFM, or IREM are preferred.
4. At least two years of supervisory experience.
