Facilities Manager

Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our high-volume, fast-paced entertainment center.

As a Facilities Manager, you will exhibit excellent guest service skills while ensuring the maintenance and operation of building systems, including lanes, pinsetters, pins, bowling balls, ball returns, scoring equipment, and other mechanical systems operate efficiently. You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical integrity of the center and its equipment, as well as administrative tasks such as staff scheduling and compliance with laws and policies, including OSHA safety practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and courteous service to all guests
• Maintain compliance with company protocols, policies, and procedures
• Schedule and supervise mechanics and cleaning staff
• Perform building and mechanical checklists and make necessary repairs
• Interview, train, develop, and evaluate team members
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Build relationships with vendors
• Replace or change HVAC filters
• Perform other duties as required
