Job summary

Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) seeks qualified professionals to support Marines, their families, and others in the MCCS community. This white-collar role involves overseeing facilities, maintenance, and related operations in a team-oriented environment of military personnel, civilian staff, contractors and volunteers.

The position requires at least four years in construction or engineering, knowledge of building trades, and strong supervision and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of experience in construction, engineering, or a related field that demonstrates knowledge and experience in applying the principles, methods, techniques, and theories.
• MCCS experience and knowledge of NAF policies and procedures is preferred.
• Experience overseeing the management and administration of facilities and maintenance functions.
• Knowledge of work methods and practices of various building trades.
• Ability to supervise and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20lbs may be required.
