Job summary

Tri-County Mental Health, DBA Beacon Mental Health, is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities team and manage operations across multiple sites. The role blends hands-on maintenance with leadership, including coordinating repairs, safety programs, and regulatory compliance for a healthcare environment.

You will oversee purchasing, asset control, vendor relationships, space planning, and expansion projects, while ensuring code compliance and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of facilities maintenance, purchasing systems, vendor management, and technology.
• Strong skills in Windows Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and facility operations.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Familiarity with CARF/Environment of Care requirements and codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, fixed assets, and purchasing procedures for the agency.
• Coordinate space needs, remodeling projects, and office moves with vendors.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment problems and delegate repairs as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections for safety, regulatory, and operational issues.
• Oversee urgent facility issues and emergency responses; maintain supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, accessibility, and CARE standards.
