Qualifications

• Ability to travel to sites on Lihue, Maui, Kona and Oahu.
• Experience with grounds keeping and exterior maintenance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Identify and address safety hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work with 3rd party contractors to coordinate repairs and updates.

Working knowledge of building systems
