Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field plus two years related work experience, two years of which are in a supervisory position or at least five years in facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the procurement and inventory of housekeeping, maintenance and food supplies.
• Directs supervision of facility services and staff including food services, maintenance, and janitorial personnel.
• Works as liaison between the facility and all authorized vendors.
• Ensures management of the program's resources within budget.
• Supervises, supports, motivates and empowers the members of his/her team.
• Responsible for the upkeep and preventative maintenance of all agency vehicles.
• Performs on-call duties as scheduled.
