Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field with two years related work experience.
• Minimum of five years of facility maintenance work.
• Two years of experience in a supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the procurement and inventory of housekeeping, maintenance, and food supplies.
• Directs supervision of facility services and staff including food services and maintenance.
• Acts as liaison between the facility and authorized vendors.
• Ensures management of the program's resources within budget.
• Supervises and motivates members of the team.
• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all agency vehicles.
• Performs on-call duties as scheduled.
