Responsibilities

• Assess and manage work priorities for ongoing building maintenance operations; supervise in-house staff and vendor support.
• Oversee planning and execution of repairs; manage budgets for repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Develop, prioritize, and administer the maintenance budget; provide reports on variances to leadership.
• Provide oversight of maintenance programs, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
