Job summary

Gainey's is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance of all equipment, buildings, and property. Lead daily operations, schedule repairs, and drive capital projects while enforcing safety and quality standards across the Gulf Coast facilities.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, extensive maintenance experience, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships. Industrial environment exposure and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience a MUST in maintenance management.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Vendor relations and contract obligations experience.
• Diesel mechanic skills with basic welding/fabrication knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily department workflow and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance on equipment and trucks.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and work orders.
• Plan and oversee capital and special projects.
• Inspect work of technicians and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead performance evaluations and coach staff per policy.
• Manage budgets and supplies within company costs.
