Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator- Maintenance to oversee facilities maintenance, safety, and operation across our campus. You will manage preventive programs, lead shutdowns, coordinate vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance to support safe, efficient operations.

The role requires coordinating facility personnel, reviewing contractor work, and monitoring costs while maintaining strong safety practices. This is an in-office, full-time position based in Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility maintenance and repair activities.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, and security).
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Coordinate facility repairs to minimize disruption to operations.
• Select, coordinate, and oversee vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Review and approve contractor work for quality and compliance.
• Obtain quotes and manage service agreements.
• Monitor vendor performance and expenditures.
