Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operation of facilities. You will coordinate maintenance staff, manage vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive preventive programs to minimize downtime and costs.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and experience with CMMS and building systems, with on-site duties in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time position supporting safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments desirable.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating maintenance personnel and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility maintenance and repair activities.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, security).
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Coordinate vendor, consultant, and service provider activities.
• Review contractor work for quality and compliance.
• Obtain quotes and manage service agreements.
• Monitor vendor performance and expenditures.
• Ensure OSHA, environmental, fire safety, and local regulations compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
• Plan facility improvement, renovation, and expansion projects.
• Coordinate office moves and workspace modifications.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets; support capex planning.
• Assist in developing facility budgets and tracking costs.
