Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Inspector to monitor construction, maintenance, and repairs to meet MSFC standards, review submittals, and track progress.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of inspection experience, HVAC/electrical knowledge is valued, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, interpret, and follow construction drawings, specs, and NASA MSFC standards.
• Experience inspecting construction, maintenance, or repair work is required or preferred.
• US citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspection and surveillance of construction, operations, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure work conforms to contract drawings and NASA/MSFC standards.
• Review submittals for accuracy and monitor them via Procore.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and track project schedule status.
• Maintain organized files for correspondence, meeting minutes, payments, schedules, punch lists, and RFI documents.
• Support pre-final and final inspections and assist in final payment recommendations.
