Qualificações

• Associate's degree and 4 years of facility management experience.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Project management, logistical planning and implementation.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations, services including furniture, security, supplies, maintenance and repairs.
• Interact with a diverse group of facility users at all levels.
• Lead a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Provide facilities management planning and oversight of projects, liaison for building services and lease management.
• Purchase, track, and receive supplies and equipment.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial reporting.
