Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities or office operations management within a professional services environment.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, facility contracts, and workplace operations.
• Demonstrated success overseeing office budgets, procurement, and operational projects.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, building operations, and facilities best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of office facilities and common areas.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and coordinate repairs with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Monitor office furniture, fixtures, equipment, and workplace assets; ensure functionality and standards.
• Support workplace planning, configurations, and space utilization projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate vendor agreements and service contracts; monitor performance.
• Coordinate services including janitorial, maintenance, security, landscaping and related functions.
• Maintain workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations and building standards.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and asset records; manage inventories.
• Coordinate conference rooms, events, and hospitality services; support special projects.
