Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of manufacturing experience OR Associate's degree with 7+ years OR high school with 9+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising teams and leading maintenance or tooling operations.
• Experience with electrical controls, machine shop operations, and facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance and Tool & Die teams, directing scheduling and assignments for salaried staff and craftspeople.
• Provide training, tools, and information to ensure a safe workplace and updated work practices.
• Address complex facilities and equipment issues and drive process improvements.
• Support automation and disruptive tech, coordinating training for technicians in controls, PLCs, robotics, laser tech, and vision systems.
• Assess facility conditions and help plan improvement projects with engineers.
