Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Seven+ years managerial experience required (without Bachelor's).
• Valid Colorado driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct report personnel: hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, corrective actions, investigations, terminations, unemployment hearings.
• Understand and enforce labor agreements and policies; participate in negotiations and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
• Develop and implement short/long-term goals; set strategic direction for district building operations.
