Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Leader to direct and coordinate maintenance, repair, and installation of machines, equipment, and building systems. You will oversee preventive maintenance, review reports, and ensure continuous operations across heat, power, water, and gas utilities.

The role requires two years in facilities management with supervisory experience, MS Office proficiency, and hands-on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years experience in facilities management; two years supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience in commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Construction; MS Office proficiency.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environments and in a smoking environment.
• Must be able to work any shift and any days.

Responsibilities

• Reviews job orders to determine work priorities.
• Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment to ensure continuous productive operations.
• Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, air, electricity, water, or gas required for operations.
• Develops preventive maintenance program.
• Reviews quality control and maintenance reports to improve operations, minimize costs, and optimize labor and materials.
• Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with standards.
