Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe properties are seeking a Facilities Maintenance team member to perform minor repairs, routine building checks, and assist with moving equipment and signage. The role emphasizes safety, integrity and teamwork in a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will support higher‑level mechanics, install promotional signage, and keep public and back‑of‑house areas in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some background in building maintenance fields such as Heating/Air Conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Ability to uphold the highest level of integrity in a regulated business.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and replacement of air filters.
• Performs routine checks of utility systems to ensure proper operation.
• Assists Facilities mechanic II and/or III on repairs and maintenance duties.
• Installs posters, banners and other promotional props.
• Climbs ladders or uses equipment to change indoor and outdoor signage.
• Relocates and arranges gaming tables, exhibits and props.
• Moves, arranges and assembles office furniture and equipment.
