Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire life safety).
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and assess safety hazards.
• Maintenance tasks including painting interior and exterior areas.
