Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair activities for buildings and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting.
• Inspect buildings and prepare work orders for needed repairs.
• Respond to inquiries from tenants and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor event schedules and support non-staff events on Crossroads property.
• Lead cleaning contractors to meet Crossroads standards.
