Job summary

SBM Site Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Creve Coeur, MO, to support the Site Manager in operational duties. This role includes planning, supervision, vendor relations, and compliance management.

A successful candidate should have experience in facilities management and a Bachelor’s degree. The position offers a salary range of $35,000 to $40,000 along with benefits, including health insurance and 401K.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or facilities management is necessary.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules and routes for service personnel.
• Inspect facilities and audit inventory and supplies.
• Implement organizational policies and goals.
• Facilitate budget requests for reductions.
• Assist in developing long-range plans and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations like FLSA, OSHA, ADA.
• Act as liaison between company, customers, clients, and subcontractors.
