Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Equivalents allowed: equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licenses: may require a valid driver's license.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct company programs and implement policy to ensure contract duties.
• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Maintain inventories, supplies, and equipment; conduct audits.
• Assist in budget planning and cost estimates; track expenses.
• Promote services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Ensure site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
• Coordinate program specifications and contract documents; prepare estimates.
• Maintain financial reporting (labor hours, overhead, billing, forecasting).
• Ensure a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Some travel required.
