Job summary

The Chemical Abuse Services Agency Inc in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Facilities and Operations Manager to lead the management, maintenance, safety, and readiness of all CASA facilities, including administrative offices and treatment sites. You will coordinate infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance, and support high-quality client care and staff operations.

The role requires hands-on experience in facilities management, trade skills, and strong leadership, organizational, and communication

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and related trades experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, landscaping, painting, drywall, concrete, tiling, lock repair, and phone/camera systems.
• Minimum of 3 years facilities management and supervising others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with staff.
• Self-motivated with ability to execute projects systematically.
• Bilingual English–Spanish, preferred.
• Commitment to multicultural competency in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management, maintenance, safety, and readiness of all CASA facilities.
• Coordinate infrastructure across administrative offices, opioid treatment programs, residential and housing sites.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client care and staff operations.
