Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
• Experience in recreation or maintenance preferred; college coursework in recreation or business acceptable.
• Knowledge of janitorial and building maintenance; handling hazardous chemicals.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, schedules, and reviews staff daily for operations and events.
• Responds to senior management and member requests regarding facility operations.
• Reviews and assigns maintenance requirements to staff.
• Orders supplies and arranges for necessary equipment.
• Conducts security checks and reports deficiencies.
• Interviews and hires staff; provides orientation and safety training.
• Coordinates with HR on benefits and health-related needs.
• Performs routine and security checks of buildings and facilities.
