Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates Degree preferred in related fields.
• Experience with substance abuse recovery concepts is preferred.
• Must obtain/maintain CDCR and LEIE clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site after-hours supervision.
• Serve as a facility manager during shift hours.
• Oversee all program and facility operations during evening and overnight hours.
• Maintain daily log of evening activities and incidents.
• Respond to afterhours emergencies and contact medical/psychiatric staff as needed.
• Maintain safety and security of facility.
• Answer phones and manage resident compliance with program rules.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
• Document shift changes and review logs at start/end of shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
