Job summary

EST Companies in Wyoming seeks a Facilities Manager to own daily operations, maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination across multiple sites. You will lead preventative maintenance, manage security systems, and ensure regulatory compliance while traveling up to 40% to support EST locations.

The role requires hands-on problem-solving, strong project and vendor management skills, and excellent communication. A PMP or bachelor’s degree in facilities or construction management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial facilities maintenance/management experience; multi‑location experience.
• PMP or bachelor’s degree in facilities or construction management.
• Hands‑on experience with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing/piping, light construction, and general repairs.
• Strong project management and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility‑related software.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills; personable, dependable, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• In‑depth knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines; completion of required safety training certifications.
• Fluent in English; valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain military base passes and other access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Facility Operations — Own daily physical operations of buildings and grounds to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable work environments.
• Preventative & Predictive Maintenance — Develop, track, and perform maintenance programs; complete routine repairs and seasonal preparation.
• Quality Control & Safety — Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Vendor & Project Management — Schedule and coordinate inspections, emergency repairs, contracted services, and capital improvements such as office expansions and renovations.
• Security Systems Oversight — Manage access control, camera systems, and intrusion monitoring systems.
• Planning & Documentation — Create and update local facility maintenance, health, safety, and evacuation plans; maintain required reports and documentation.
