Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facility Services Associate to assist with security, cleaning, mail, maintenance, conference room setup, and delivery operations at our Needham, MA location. The role includes supervising small teams, coordinating work orders, and training staff to ensure smooth facility management.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in general maintenance, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
• Valid Driver's License (Class III) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and check facility operations including security, cleaning, mail, maintenance, conference room set-up, and delivery.
• Assigns, leads, monitors, and/or performs utility, Building Services, and maintenance work functions.
• Orients and trains staff and liaises with internal staff and outside vendors.
• Coordinate work orders with facility departments and maintain records, logs, and reports for the facility.
