Job summary

Nexus Health is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the ongoing maintenance of our facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. You will lead a maintenance team, manage schedules, and coordinate with outside contractors.

The ideal candidate has experience in nursing home operations, strong time-management and organizational skills, and the ability to relate well to residents and their families. Salary is based on experience; nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Remain on-call for emergency repairs or maintenance issues.
• Maintain logs for building and grounds maintenance.”
• Manage procurement of maintenance supplies and budget adherence.
• Hire, schedule, and supervise maintenance department and personnel.
