Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of relevant maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License required.
• Licensing in pesticides, refrigerants, CDL, ASE, or related areas may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work; coordinate project tasks.
• Troubleshoot systems related to the area of assignment.
• Maintain and procure inventory and supplies.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Coordinate projects and prepare a variety of documents and forms.
• Facilitate group discussions and analyze situations to define issues.
• Gather and classify data and solve problems.
• Interpret and apply applicable laws, codes and standards.
