Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, repair and performance of a retail portfolio via an outsourced partner. You will connect Operations, store teams and service providers to keep facilities safe, compliant and operational.

This 12‑month contract lets you build governance, asset management, HVAC reliability, reporting and maintenance standards, with opportunity to implement scalable processes and playbooks across US and Canada hybrid stores.

Qualifications

• HVAC program management, lifecycle planning, preventive maintenance.
• Experience managing external vendors with reviews & accountability.
• Created facilities governance, workflows, or playbooks.
• Applied data analysis for maintenance planning and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair and performance of retail locations via outsourced partner.
• Serve as connection between Operations, store teams and external service providers.
• Build and implement governance, asset management, and HVAC reliability programs.
• Develop KPIs, reporting frameworks and standard operating procedures.
