Job summary

LEGO Group seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and operations of retail locations via an outsourced provider. You will bridge Operations, store teams, and partners, building governance, asset management, HVAC reliability, and reporting for a 12-month contract.

You’ll create scalable processes, improve data quality, and establish playbooks to support the business beyond the contract end. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Delivered commercial HVAC programs with lifecycle planning and preventive maintenance.
• Managed external maintenance vendors via reviews, performance, and accountability.
• Built facilities maintenance processes using standardized platforms.
• Led maintenance across multiple locations including HVAC and building systems.
• Created governance, workflows, and procedures for facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop vendor governance with reviews, escalations, and quarterly scorecards.
• Standardize work-order workflows, approvals, escalations, and reporting.
• Strengthen preventive maintenance with validated schedules and reduced reactive work.
• Implement HVAC asset inventories, assessments, and replacement priorities.
• Create SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and operational playbooks.
• Build KPI reporting frameworks and leadership dashboards on spend and asset health.
