Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to support the daily management of the Engineering department at our Mississippi property in Vicksburg. You will assist in budgeting, supervise staff, ensure code compliance, and promote guest service standards.

The role requires an AA degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager regarding deadlines while controlling labor costs.
• Assist in budgeting for the department and report budget concerns to management.
• Coach, monitor, and develop team members for improved performance.
• Ensure compliance with state and local codes as applicable to the trade skill.
• Provide daily updates to Facilities leadership on ongoing work and contractor activities.
• Promote guest service standards and ensure department goals are met.
