Job summary

Reaxiomatic is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to ensure the physical workspace supports rapid growth. You will plan, build out, operate, and continually improve the facility, coordinating contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep the environment functional, organized, and welcoming for both technical work and visitors.

• Ability to solve operational problems creatively when conventional approaches are slow or costly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection, operation, maintenance, and vendor management of facilities and utilities (internet, water, power, waste).
• Manage facility expansion and modification projects, including electrical capacity upgrades and contractor coordination.
• Ensure employee and visitor experience within the facility, including check-in processes and shared spaces cleanliness.
