The role provides hands-on leadership to student staff, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for all users. The position involves supervising Student Manager-Facility Supervisors, coordinating scheduling, overseeing incident response, managing budgets, and partnering with other

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college or university (8 years applicable experience may be substituted).
• Must hold a valid, current U.S. driver's license.
• Current American Red Cross certification (or equivalent) in Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Student Manager-Facility Supervision and Facility Supervisors.
• Support daily facility operations and scheduling across multiple ASI-managed facilities.
• Respond to operational issues, customer service needs, and incidents during open hours.
• Purchase facility supplies and manage departmental budgets and purchasing processes.
• Coordinate and track certification statuses for Facility Supervisors with the Safety Team.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan events and programs at facilities.
