Job summary

The University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business seeks a collaborative Facilities Administrator to manage daily operations for Mendoza and the Stayer Center. Qualifications

• Associate degree or up to 3 years of college/technical coursework.
• 3–4 years of progressive administrative or facilities operations experience (higher ed preferred).
• Solid understanding of higher education facility operations, safety standards, space management, and work-order processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations and safety compliance for Mendoza College of Business and Stayer Center.
• Coordinate access control and guest services, including Irish1Card and key management.
• Manage room reservations and event readiness with campus partners and services.
• Partner with Facilities, Utilities, and Building Services on capital improvements and cyclic maintenance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise student staff supporting facilities operations.
• Develop and maintain official guidelines and safety policies for college facilities.
