Job summary

The Building People, LLC, has an opening for a full-time Facilities Operations Manager (Lead Area Facilities Operations Specialist) in Grand Prairie, TX. The role supports ongoing Facility Operations, Maintenance, Energy Management, and SRM initiatives, serving as the main liaison between the customer and regional staff.

Responsibilities include guiding program deliveries, documenting deficiencies, and coordinating corrective actions while ensuring compliance with life safety and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum three years of experience.
• Five plus years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Central point of communication between customer and regional staff.
• Identify, document, and report building deficiencies with repair recommendations.
• Assist Government with inspections, documentation, and verification of work orders.
• Monitor life safety, security, and fire prevention requirements and address deficiencies.
• Plan, coordinate and assure quality for service contract support of facility repairs.
