The Building People, LLC, is seeking a full-time Facilities Operations Manager (Lead Area Facilities Operations Specialist) in Grand Prairie, TX. This role supports facility operations, energy mgmt, SRM and related maintenance while supervising staff and coordinating with government customers.

The Facilities Operations Manager (Lead Area Facilities Operations Specialist) shall assist the customer with comprehensive technical support of ongoing Facility Operations and Maintenance Support, Energy Management, BASOPS, and Sustainment, Revitalization, and Modernization (SRM).
*This position will have supervisory responsibilities.
