Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or better.
• Proven administrative experience in a large church or corporate setting (3–5 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional conduct with diverse groups; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SMFO and coordinate day-to-day department operations.
• Maintain document and records management, regulatory tracking, and purchasing workflows.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage calendars and reminders.
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and purchasing requests; support asset and inventory control.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in interactions with staff and external partners.
• Assist with special projects and Center-wide events as needed.
