Job summary

TireHub seeks an Assistant TLC Leader in Jackson, MS to manage all aspects of facilities operations, focusing on safe, efficient warehouse flow and customer service. This leader oversees inbound/outbound product movement and asset protection.

The role requires 5+ years in operations/warehouse management, KPI-driven oversight, and a Bachelor's in operations/supply chain (MBA preferred). Lead a team, drive process improvements, and uphold corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of operations/warehouse management experience.
• Experience with KPI management.
• Bachelor's degree in operations/supply chain or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the facilities “back shop” operations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound product flow.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Protect company assets and ensure policy adherence.
• Open/close facility as required and perform additional responsibilities as requested.
• Lead execution of strategic plans to achieve priorities and improve performance.
• Develop and mentor direct reports to embody TireHub culture and drive results.
