Job summary

TireHub in Tampa seeks an Assistant TLC Leader to manage all aspects of facilities operations, with a focus on safety and customer service. You will oversee inbound and outbound product flows and ensure assets are protected while policies are followed.

The role emphasizes leading the back shop operations, maintaining a safe, clean environment, and serving as TLC Manager in the leader’s absence. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of operations and warehouse management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or related field.
• Experience with KPI management and supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the facilities back shop operations.
• Manage the flow of inbound and outbound products.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Protect company assets and ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Act as TLC Manager in his/her absence.
• Open/close facility as required.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested.
