Job summary

TireHub is seeking an Assistant TLC Leader in Albuquerque, NM to manage all facets of facilities operations, focusing on safe product flow and strong customer service. The role emphasizes protecting assets and enforcing corporate policies while overseeing inbound/outbound logistics and daily site activities.

With 5+ years in warehouse operations and a background in KPI management, you will lead teams, drive process improvements, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced distribution

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experiences with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management.
Experience with KPI management.
Supervisor or management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the facilities operations and the back shop operations.
Oversee inbound and outbound flow of products.
Maintain a safe, clean working environment and protect company assets.
Ensure adherence to corporate operational policies and procedures.
Open/close facility as required and lead TLC in absence of the primary leader.
Perform additional responsibilities as requested.
Drive strategy execution, financial management, and customer-focused service.
