Job summary

TireHub is seeking a Logistics Center Leader for our San Bernardino location. The role oversees daily center operations, inventory, and safety, while guiding a team to deliver exceptional customer service and efficiency across all center activities.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in operations/warehouse management, strong KPI analytics, and proven supervisory experience. This position entails working with cross-functional teams and requires adherence to TireHub policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experiences with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management.
• Experience with KPI management.
• Supervisor or management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the center daily.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment.
• Manage TLC expenses within the budget.
• Resolve issues and ensure security of employees and contractors.
• Oversee overall inventory quality at the location.
