Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a highly skilled Site Construction and Fabrication Lead to join our Global Projects team. This role requires 10-15+ years of experience in major capital projects, with oversight across fabrication yards and construction sites.

You will lead safety-focused execution, coordinate multiple contractors, and ensure alignment with schedules and budgets. Initially supporting planning from the Houston Campus, you will ultimately be based at project sites across North America or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; 10–15+ years of industrial fabrication/construction experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering major capital projects in fabrication yards or construction sites.
• Strong planning, forecasting, and data-driven KPI tracking to drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture and oversee safe work practices by project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor field execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and productivity objectives.
• Drive milestones and delivery commitments; provide day-to-day leadership for fabrication/construction scopes.
• Participate in FEED, tender, and execution planning; review plans and support risk mitigation.
