Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Engineer in Longmont, CO to oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across assigned properties. You will perform rounds, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and respond to emergencies to ensure safe, efficient building operation.

The role requires 5 years of related experience, knowledge of HVAC, boilers and energy management, and the ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related work experience operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, pumps and energy management.
• Thorough knowledge of building systems operations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Maintain HVAC equipment, boilers, chillers, pumps and air distribution components.
• Monitor and adjust energy management systems and safety controls.
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns promptly.
• Document activities and report findings to supervisor.
• Comply with codes, regulations and company safety policies.
