Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years’ direct supervisory experience in facilities operations.
• Proven capability in development of facilities programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building trades and working knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical plant operations and supervise Facilities Shift Managers.
• Review building data and make recommendations for systems optimizations.
• Develop and manage campus sustainability programs focused on energy savings.
