Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking an Assistant Director Facility Support Services to oversee maintenance and security of government-provided facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with contract requirements at Naval Station Great Lakes.

You will lead a team, manage the operating budget, plan 1–2 year projects, coordinate procurement, and supervise cleaning and environmental services, while ensuring readiness to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or experience equivalency.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions in English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations. Computer knowledge and MS Office software required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop talent; manage staff development and training.
• Plan and manage projects and improvement initiatives of moderate to high complexity.
• Oversee community engagement and employee relations.
• Provide oversight and management of all facilities related supply & support.
• Responsible for the proper maintenance of all government provided facilities and equipment.
• Ensures all facilities and equipment are maintained in accordance with contract requirements.
• Direct the cleaning, environmental and custodial services.
• Ensure procurement requests are acted on in a timely manner and are in accordance with contract requirements.
• Provide oversight and management of government provided equipment; manage inventories.
• Responsible for completing other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
